TERMS, CONDITIONS AND RETURNS

PAYMENT

At Apoema, you can pay with credit cards, including Visa/Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Maestro as well as MobilePay. Payment is only made when your order is dispatched or picked up.

All prices on the website are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT.

Apoema uses a secure payment server and we pay the fee charged by it. The payment server ensures that all payment information is encrypted with SSL protocol. In short, this means that your data is secure and cannot be read by others.

 

DELIVERY

Orders placed before 15 on weekdays are generally dispatched the same day. Orders placed at the weekend are dispatched on Mondays. GLS does not collect on public holidays, which means that they only collect parcels on the next working day.

The delivery time is 1-3 working days.

We only ship to customers living in Denmark. The delivery time is 2-4 working days.

If your order is not picked up within GLS' deadline of 5 working days, the package will be sent back. In this case, you as the customer pay the return costs (DKK 49) as well as the new delivery fee if the order has to be sent again.

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAL

There is a 14-day full right of return on your order purchased on apoemacare.dk unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. The 14 days start from the day you receive your order.

If you wish to return an item, the return costs are paid by the customer.

When returning one or more items, you must send an email to  apoemacare@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your items. Just have your order number and email ready and follow the three steps. Return shipping costs DKK 49.

The goods must be securely packed (remember to fill the package at the top, bottom and around the edges) and sent back to the address:

When the goods have been returned, you will be refunded the amount for the goods within 7-10 working days. Please note that shipping costs are not returned if you regret part of your purchase.

You cannot cancel your purchase by refusing to receive the item.

 

RETURN

If the value of the goods deteriorates, you are liable for this. If the item has been used and there are clear signs of this, it is considered to have decreased in value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will get a smaller part or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to Apoema to assess the condition of the goods.

As far as possible, you should send the item back in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may lead to a deterioration in the value of the product.

 

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

As a customer of Apoema, you have the right to complain about any errors and defects in the goods you have purchased on apoemacare.dk in accordance with the Danish Sales Act. The right to complain is valid for two years after the purchase, and this means that you can complain about errors and defects in the product, which were either present at the time of purchase, or which arose within the complaint period.

To make use of your right of complaint, you must contact us within a "reasonable time" and as soon as possible after you have discovered the defect. If you make a complaint within two months after you have discovered the error or deficiency, the complaint will always be timely. You can contact us by sending an e-mail apoemacare@gmail.com in which the order number is given and a description of the error or lack of the item incl. photo documentation.

We will then assess whether the defect is a claimable fault, and if this is the case, we will offer you a repair, exchange, price reduction or, in certain cases, a refund of the purchase price, if the item cannot be repaired or exchanged. In some cases, we need to send the product back to assess the complaint. We will refund reasonable shipping costs if the complaint is approved.

It is important to note that the right of complaint does not cover damage that has occurred because of normal wear and tear, incorrect use of the product or lack of maintenance.
